Ronald K Perkins passed away on Friday November 23, 2018.  He was a loving father and uncle who taught middle school at HE Charles and high school at Andress for over 30 years.  He was also a Vietnam Veteran and a police officer in North Texas. He also was a member and President of the Skyline Optimist Club for many years and a competition chili cook for CASI.
